Dear Sir,

I am an Ex- Employee of M/s New Tobacco Co. Ltd. A Unit of RDB Industries Ltd., B.T. Road, Agarpara, P.O.- Kamarhati, Kolkata – 700 058,

Sir, This is to bring to your kind attention and Request Under The Right To Information Act 2005 Section 6 that Since Four years of already been passed & I have not yet received my P.F. DUES & facing tremendous hardship to run and feed my family members.

In view of this, I am requesting to you to look in to this matter on top priority, so that I can receive my dues as early as possible.

As above mentioned Employer’s Establishment Departments Concerned Person said that the Total P.F. Amount has been transferred from B.N.ELIAS & CO. PVT. LTD. to GPF in Government Institutional P.F. Organizational Fund.

Again I would like to appeal you, please provide me proper information that why I am not getting my dues deposited P.F. Amount and When or How I can Get my Dues Earlier.

I shall be highly obliged, if you will accede to my request and provide me All Information via E: MAIL / POST at my Residential Address as given below to get my Total Dues Amount of Provident Fund at an early date.
