Full & Final settlement

Dear Sir,

I was employed with Ngenox Technologies Pvt Ltd till June. I served my notice period but my full and final has not yet been paid by the company. All the follow-ups have resulted into nothing. I was given my Form-16 in which my full and final settlement is shown but it is still unpaid.

Pls help me sort this issue as the company is not responding on this matter.
