Full and final settlement salary

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Shilpi Shrivastava, I was working with Achievers Point Noida as a Verbal Faculty. I joined them on 18th April. At the time of joining I was given an offer letter in which it was clearly mentioned that I will get my salary on the 10th of every month. In the 1st month I received my salary on the said date. But thereafter, don't know what went wrong, my salary was delayed in June by 25 days then in July by 30 days and it was really unbearable when it delayed by 2 months in August. I had to send mails to my MD (Shyam Yadav) and remind him about my salary, somehow eventually I received it. The only thing which made me hold with them was my work, I really enjoyed it and that is why I ignored these salary issues as I thought it may be a matter of couple of months. But it crossed the limits when my September month salary was also late, I waited for it till October end, it was November when I could not wait further, I called the HR person Santosh many a times and asked him to give my salary but he never gave a specific date and the reason of delay along with which I kept sending mails to my MD as well. I have sent 5 mails to him in total as yet, but when nothing worked, I tried calling my MD, and to my surprise he didn't pick my call, I sent him messages too but he didn't reply them as well. I was highly disappointed with this unproffessional attitude showed by them. That is when I sent a final mail to them stating, please consider it my formal resignation and as per the company's norms I was either required to give my salary for 15 days or serve a notice for the same. I am unable to serve the notice because of your behaviour with the employees. I worked for September and 18 days in october for which my salary is yet pending, now please make my full and final settlement and give me the salary for September and 3 days in October as remaining will be my salary for the notice period which you can keep in your account. Its been more than 20days and I have still not received and approval or confirmation about it and Santosh (HR person) and Shyam Yadav (MD) are not responding my calls and emails as well. I am very upset as this is my hard earned money and I can not afford to loose it. Please help me get my salary and my releiving letter. I will be really greatful to you.
