Dear Sir,
I have given a plot in Narela to exchange my Jhuggi No. J-12, Desu Colony C.G.O. Complex Lodhi Road, New Delhi-1100 03 in the year 01, Slip No.6027 dt.10/07. But when government distribute the plots that time i was many domestic problems so my father could not able to pay for allotment letter so the (JE of Slum & J.J. Department) do not give me permission to build my house for my delay. But i am agree to pay the extra charges for my delay i am living with my family i am so poor i am not able to pay the rent of other house please kindly grant me and give me plot that was alloted to me
