Fake offer lette

I have received a offer letter from nissan, in that it have been stated that 32 candidates have been selected for an interview and out of that u are also one... further they have mentioned that 25 students will be selected for the job... I have been asked to pay 9500 rs in HR Account with in one day and they state it is a refundable amount... They mentioned that they will also provide free air ticket, free lodging and food... May i know is this true or not... please help me guys... on what basis they have selected me for this interview...
