Pf not received after submmission of form before six months

Espected sir,

my pf account no. is- kn/bn/34272/45759.i have submmitted my pf withdrawal form six months before after completition of each and every formalities to the company.but after passing six months i have not received my pf amount.i also contact to the company several times but each and every employees of this concerning departement is crupt and eresponsible.so, kindly take immediate action against my complain.
