I have submitted Form No. 13 for PF A/c Transfer from old A/c No. KN/BN/34272/171860 To New A/c No. RJ/21778/001 with verification of my new employer through EPFO Udaipur (Rajasthan) on dated June22 but a massage was received from EPFO on dt. 20.09.2011 form No.13 (Transfer of A/c) claim ID: PYBOM 110800005511 Rejected.

Please help to me about this.
