Provident Fund not recieved form submitted on december

I was worked in vodafone shared service center on the pay roll of Adecco Flexione workforce pvt ltd

And my pf number is :-KN/BN/34272/225962 that i submitted pf form on december and after that long long time i am not getting any kind of true and trustable answer from thier side and i have mail from the customer care of adecco that in june i received after that in july and after that in august

so what is the procedure for that
