Subject: Delay in Pf withdrawl

Dear Sir,

This is in regard of my PF withdrawl which is pending for more than a 8 months now.

I had worked with Adhunik transport Orgn Ltd. for almost around 6 years (from 21st June till 15 July). The concerned agency hired by Adhunik transport Orgn Ltd. for withdrawal of my Pf amount (My PF Account no. MH / 94159 / 52) has submitted my Withdrawal application on 25 Oct to following Kandivali office.

Regional PF Commissioner,

Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan,

Plot no 222, Sec 03,

Charkop market, Charkop Poisor Rd,

Kandivali (w) Mumbai- 400 067.

In this regard company had deducted Rs. 27689/- against my PF amount and assured that this amount is already submitted with effect from 2004 to 2007. The amount 27689/- was deducted from my salary and not given any details on what basis the amount was calculated. In 2007 Oct onwards the PF amount was deducted and shown on our salary slip also. Bu I am worried about my 27689/- amount which is not shown on salary slip.

I left he company on 15th July and Till date i have not recd. my Pf amount back. I have requested my office people to give my pf accumulated amount till date but they have given me only the proof of with drawl form sent to Kandiwali office on 10th Oct.

For the past 6 months I have been given promises for the with drawl but in vain. Even I have submitted complaint to PF office online on 25 March.

Please help in getting My pf back including the interest charges.

So kindly do the needful.
