Payment not made past one and a half yea

Hello,

I have done lots of translation jobs for Adith International which is location on Old Madras Road and the payment was to be made after 45 days of work submission. I have not received any payment so far inspite of repeated promises done time and again by their accounts department and even by the owner of the company. Now it is more than one year that I have not received my payment. Jagadish was the guy in procurement who promised me that payment would be made on time. Geeta was the manager who gave me work and Savitha had promised time and again that payment would be made after a month every time I asked her. They kept on promising and kept on delaying.

What should I do? This has caused me lot of trouble. When they needed work to be done, they would call n no of times but now even talking to them has become difficult.

Please help.
