I am yet to receive payments for the translation work done by me for this company from April onwards. (3.5 months over)

I am yet even to receive the PO for a huge translation work done by me on 10th June (2 months over). (This company issues Purchase Order after only after the translation work is completed)

Despite my repeated mails requesting for PO and payments, Nothing has been done by the company.
