Full & Final not receive resinged on 17- Sep

I was worked for Aditya Birla Money for 4 years and 7 months. I resigned from the servive in Sep 2011 my last working day is 17-Sep.

I did not recive any letter from HR department regarding my full &final satlement till 13-Sep.

I sent a mail to hr.abfsg@birlasunlife.com on 01-Feb and receive a ticket no 2012020110019845. I did not receive any mail my mail id is makkerhs@yahoo.co.in. Kindly revert soon
