Hi,

This is to bring to ur notice that the company is not giving the offer letter to any employees and the demand of salary is also restricted by Mr. Pratap Jain, Managing Director of that company. Now am planning to leave the company and the company is not giving me salary as per my demand and leave letter also. And the director is also misbehaving with lady employees at times. So i would like to file a case against the company and the Managing Director Mr. Pratap. So kindly tell me what to do.
