COMPLAINT AGINST RESERVATION SUPERVISER

Respected Concern,

Hi i am a harrsed passenger, i want to go mumbai some days before. I went at sonipat railway reservation center continuesly three days to get tatkal tickets, but i am not able to get the ticket.

B'cause all three days i observed in que that i saw the approximate same persons in que in front of me other ques also & also the same staff in the counters.

Than i decided to lodge a complaint in front of reservation supervisor. I shocked, when i lishten supervisor's words that this is happened here regularly, so go & try to get tickets.

Finally after all this corruption environment between supervisor, reservation clerk & touts at sonipat reservation office. I took taxi from sonipat to Newdelhi and by flight from new delhi to mumbai. than i can give my interview finally.

This is my request to concern senior staff of Northern railway, please take some serious action against the Supervisor, who said this kind of statement to the passengers.
