AEGIS BPO TERMINATED ME WITHOUT ANY REASON

Hi All,

My self Raju Gunnal, i joined Aegis BPO on 2nd September as Customer Care Representative (Idea Process) employee ID 80010053, my job profile was to receive inbound customer calls and solve their problem, many customers were very much happy with me, but i dont know suddenly on 7th September at then supervisor Khadeer had asked me to give my Identity card, i said why you required it, he didnt said anything and he willing to take it with me forcibly, and he said i have been terminated from the services, my Supervisor Khadeer is a kind of religious person and had discrimination towards the other religion people, and i dont know companies like Aegis BPO have that religious kind of feeling and they treat them according to the religion, without any reason Aegis BPO terminated me and not atall given me any letter relieving letter and my PF amount, Aegis BPO is this the way you treat with the employees, you people play with the candidate careers, i curse you Aegis BPO one day definetly all the process will go out of company, and Aegis BPO will sure windup. Yes if there is a value for truth definetly god will see Aegis BPO to Windup. My request for Aegis BPO is give me my Relieving letter and my PF amount.
