Salary sucks

D grade commitments, still unfulfilled, no hikes, no incentives no appraisals no growth in short good for nothing. be aware of the HR's they give lot of wrong commitments during the joining, and after joining they give a big time explanation that the company is still working on it. they are good at making fools, its a worst call centre i've ever seen, they treat u as slaves and salary really sucks it starts only from 3k, they make employees to work till 9pm untill they complete their targets, they make lot of profit but never ready to pay the employee. Bloody never thinks about employees.. we r just a "RESOURCE" to them nothing more than that.. and they know to exploit the resourse until they r completely squeezed off.. even after working for 3 to 4 years there is no growth nor hike. sugest u to stay away from this cheaters.
