Inproper information/contact regarding appointment to the post

Hello

I am Complainning About A.E.W. ENTERPRISES (a unit of Bharatiya Laghu Udyog & Agriculture Farming Society, Regd.) they send me job offer letter and demanding bank draft of 2800/- against my appointment and also mentioned that draft should be sent only through private courier, without giving any details on what the draft money for. And company dosent provide any web address, email address, contact no. So how can I find out company details and varify about the company.. Comapany only gives address. The address of the company is :-

OFFICE NO.3,

MEHU WALA MAFI,

SHIMLA BYPASS ROAD,

DEHRADUN-248001 (UTTRANCHAL).

They mentioned in the offer letter that the last date of sending DD is 6th March.
