Salary Problem

I was working in OneDot PVT ltd for 1n half year starting in 19th feb to 31st july. In last months of my serving over there, comapny waas facing some critical financial problems so they were not paying us salary.

They havent paid us salary of 1 months and leave allowance. Then I ahve changed company, today after around 1 n half year of leaving, they did notpay us salary.

This problem is with all employees. but they started to pay salary to them which are currently still working over there.which is not at all professioanl approch.
