Dear Sir,

My PF account no is CG/19249/121 and my employment code is JH123. I have submitted my PF form since 4th Oct but i havent recieved the amount till now. The administration dept has assured me that they have cleared from their side and it is pending with the PF office. Kindly take the necessary action.
