Against Placementindia.com fraud

Respected sir,

I am Mayank saini passed out mechanical engineering student. As i am fresher so i was looking for job so i sent many sites my resume. Placementindia.com one of them. this company is the part of weblink.in pvt ltd. This is such a fraud company which takes money in the name of giving jobs. They contacted me and said we have a job opening for you 22000pm salary location in noida but u should pay 3000 as our charge before arranging interview and we provide interview in two days. Next day i submitted money to them but its two weeks gone here in delhi but they are not able to arrange atleast one interview. they are trying to make us fool. alwys when i contact them and ask give me no of ur head so that i can contact them for my this issue they give wrong number to me.

I want my money back but they said this money is not refundable but they didn't told me this earlier. Is their any way to take legal action against them. So that no other student becomes fool like me.
