Cheated Rs 80, 000

I m Vinoth kumar. M from Chennai, Tamil nadu, India. My Native is in Virudhunagar District, Tamil nadu, India. I have completed my B.TECH in 2008 from S.R.M University, Chennai.

Actually i got an oppurtunity from a hyderabad based consultancy to join a company in malaysia. And so for VISA process i paid Rs 80, 000. The name of the consultancy is Oscorp Bussiness Solution.

They havent arranged job for me and so they gave me a post dated (two months) cheque for rs 80, 000. the cheque got bounced after two months. When i tried to call them i cant reach them (i think they cleared the office from hyderabad).

I contacted my counceller of that consultancy through mail. She gave me the owner's contact details. i mailed to that address. he replied for first few mails and he said he ll pay me by august 2nd week with interest. After that i m not getting any mails. my counceller s saying that she is in U.S.

I m more tensed about my money. Could u pls help me wat should i do???

My parents are more afraid to go legal for this matter but i cant leave this. So i m trying to contact through mail.
