P.F. Not Clearing

Dear Sir,
I am Jatin Shah. Was woring with M/s Oxford Industries Ltd, 4th Floor, PIL court, M.K. Marg, Church gate Mumbai for 2 years 3 months. (1st January to 17th March).
Company was deducting Rs.5800/- every month towards own & company contribution from my salary.
On resigning I immediately submitted Form 10C & 19 (for withdrawal).
After follow up of 15 months, I was asked to resubmit both forms. I submitted both forms on 19th July. Still my ex-employer is not clearing my P.F.
Pl. suggest how can I get my P.F. money when employer is heressing like this for my own money!!
Your immediate guidelines will help me to get my P.F. money back.
