Non Payment of Dues

I Mr. Nandan Kamat has been working in the above mentioned company since July 1996 as an officer in Plant Engineering (electrical) Department.

The company stopped paying of salaries from June 08. I continued with my job for next 2 years till I got a job somewhere else. I have not been relieved of my services till date.

As per the court order the company's workers got a share of there dues which they got from there Union office.

What about my dues? Am I not entitled to get back my dues.

Just because I was working with the management wich is not protected by any union I won't get my dues. So unfair.
