Panacea Biotec Ltd. / Employees' Provident Fund
Not getting my PF in my bank account though I left this company on 15/12

Dear sir,

I am an Ex-empyoee of Panacea biotec Ltd (Delhi based company). After left this company I submitted Form no 10c and 19 to them. They informed me that they had submitted all the documents to you on 29th March ' 2010.

My PF account No was: DL 7678 10622.

I gave my bank A/C no to get my PF.

If it was submitted on 23/3/10 to you, I had to get it within this time. Today is 17th Sep' means 6 months had gone, still from my bank is telling me that they haven't got any cheque from Panacea Biotec.

Please look into this matter and send me a Reply mail immediately.
