I do not get my salary incentivve

Hi my name is chinmay modi.my working company brand name is magic holidays which is stayed nr municiple market swastic cross road, ahmedabad. i have been worked in panoramic holidays since20th jan to 20th feb as a post of tele marketing. and i don't get my incentive round about 3-4k so when i talk to TME manager Mr sandip nair "ABOUT THE INCENTIVE" then he don't take me write answer. about the the incentive where it comes. i visit my company 5 times but don't get right answer. so pls help me to take action against them thanks.
