NON ADJUSTMENT OF PAY & ALLCES

1. I, No 15762620X Hav (PA) Abhay Kumar Singh serving in Indian Army since 28 Dec 1995 and presently posted at Regional Centre ECHS Delhi Cantt since 29 Nov.

2. Inspite of repeated requests / reminders neither the following casualties has been adjusted in my IRLA nor credited in my account :-

(a) POSIN wef 29 Nov. (b) CTG @ 100% of basic pay.

(c) TPTL wef 29 Nov @ Rs 1600/- DA thereon. (d) CILQ @ 4200/-pm wef 01 Jan.

(e) CEA for two children wef 01 Jan (f) NRA wef 01 Jan.

(g) Subscription of AFPP Fund automotically decrease to Rs 830/-pm from 10, 000/- in the month of Apr, May

and Jun. However, not subscribed amount has not been credited in my account.

(h) Date of present promotion shown in pay slip is 06 Jul instead of 01 Jan.

(j) Name of unit where posted should be Regional Centre ECHS instead of Central Org ECHS.
