Is this company real or fraud

Dear sir,

I got a email from so called paramount seafood company, that there is some vaccency in that firm..so they are telling to forward my CV and passport copy with 2 photo... So what shall i do. I want to know whether this company is fraud or not. Please help me in this matter.
