JOB OFFER FROM PDVSA-REAL OR FAKE?

Dear Sir,

I have got a Job Offer from PDVSA STATE OIL COMPANY appointing me as an Engineer, they have sent me the same email as the ones I have read in this complaint forum sent by many other people stating about the same company.

They have given the instruction to contact the British Immigration attache in Mumbai for VISA Processing and demanded a fee of 1000 US Dollars for the same.

Since I have read many complaints regarding fake offer from the same company Kindly clarify my doubts about this job offer and the company. IS IT REAL OR FAKE..??

I would be glad to get information about the same so that I dont get into any traps.
