NOT APPROVE MY PF FORM

Sir/Mam,

Due to some personal reasons i was leave my job on 06Feb but till date i am not receive my PF because the reason is the authorised person are not allow to sign my PF form, i am subit the form and also call so many times there but they people are always refuse to give amy answer.i am very fedup with them please let me know the solution for that...
