Sub:- Complaint regarding not getting Provident Fund for the year 2009 from the service provider agency.

Respected Sir,

This is Suresh S/O Sh. Sant Ram, Resident of F-3/821, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi working as Safai Karamchari through PENTAFOUR SECURITY Pvt Ltd – K D 72 Kavi Nagar, GZB with National Small Scale Industries – Technical Services Center (A Govt of India Enterprise) Okhla, New Delhi since 2007 Onwards.

Sir, for the year 2007 and I have already received my provident Fund from the same company but here for year 2009 I have not got my PF amount, on the hand my PF contribution was already deducted by the company. When I asked to the owner he started making excuses. I repeatedly called him but his response on my problem was reluctant.

Finally I sent him my written complaint on 27 Aug at service provider company office through registered post and no body received my complaint according to the speed post details tried to deliver my complaint letter on 7th, 8th, 9th 10th, 13th and 14th Sept. 2010 but surprisingly no body accepted it and told the courier that Col. H. N Singh (Concern person) is not here.

Sir, I am coming from very poor family background and working as Safai Karamchari and in this situation I am not in position to compromise with this fraud made by the service provider. So it is my urge to you kindly take a serious action against my complaint and do needful to provide me justice.
