No settlement & form 16

Respected Sir,

I was working in Petals Innovative Pvt. Ltd. L-77 Verna ind Estate Goa from

Feb to June during that period company deducted TDS from my

salary (proof of salary slip & bank statement) but they are not issuing me

form 16 (according to the information they have not deposited in account).i

want to file Income tax return & I am filing it very regularly.

They gave me reliving letter but not settle my dues

Pl. do the needful & give me the solution
