Need more respect from phoenix staffs and hunters on front of other people customers

I'm the staff of life style phoenix market city which located in mumbai BKC I was caught by phoenix hunter and some stupid staff of phoenix without any reason they caught me at food court when i was going for tea break they caught and told me that we don't permission of any life style staff to use food when i was ask them why you say i like that then they rudly behave with us and i told him i will complan about that to BM Then they take my id and said i will kick you from here forever if you complain anyone!! and they also blaming that you use taris after that!
