Respected Sir Madam,

I am Gajendra Singh Rathore. Have total work experience of 2 years in Tours & Travels industry. My last employer was Travellite (Delhi) where I was working as a Tour executive and drawing a salary Rs. 16000 incentives. During this period I received an offer from Pinnacle holidays (Delhi Office) for the position of Tour executive (Jaipur Office) after appearing for the interview in Delhi. I left Delhi, relocated to Jaipur with my belongings. As you can also look in the attached mail that they proposed me a salary of Rs.16500/- before me joining their organization but after few days of joining Mr. Pradeep (Directer of the company at Jaipur office) said to me that they will be paying me only Rs. 8000 to which I objected & he said that I should leave the company (without any justification) and my one month dues will be settled by paying me Rs.4000 only as my one month salary.

This is total unjustice. I left delhi, bore the expenses of travel and transporation, relocated to Jaipur based on the offer provided by this company and now they want me to work in just the half the salary they offered to me during the interview. When I requested for one month salary they want me to accept Rs. 4000 as one month salary which I have not yet accepted.

The salary Rs.16500/- was proposed by me keeping Jaipur in mind. Now after the above incident first it is quiet difficult to get a job so soon in Jaipur and that also in a tours n travels industry. Currently I am looking for a job, I am struggling to survive and upon that in few days I am about to get married. I hope you can understand that how much difficult it is to live in cities like Delhi and Jaipur. But still I am struggling hard to manage it. Hence I request you to personally look into this matter and help me.
