Family Pension Number not Received since 8 years

Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is Santanu Deb residing at Kolkata. I was an employee of Rhone Poulenc (I) Ltd. since January 1990 which was taken over by Nicholas Piramal (I) Ltd. now known as Piramal Health Care. My Employee No. was 2517 (RP).

After serving 15 years as a Medical Representative I left the Nicholas Piramal during December. I have submitted form 10D along with form no. 4/5/7/10 in 2005again in and 2010 several times for settlement of family pension. But yet to date I have not received even my Pension number.

I followed up this matter with NPIL office since 8 years by phone and mail starting from Mr. Raghabendra Rao, Mr. Kishore, Mr. Sunil Shah etc. and getting false commitment like your pension amount will transferred from Rhone Poulenc this month.

Now sirs please tell me what to do next?

I am not physically fit to move to Mumbai NPIL office & Pension office to follow up& finally this monthly pension will help to survive rest of my life.
