Fraud in human resources

Here i want to help all my known- unknowns from Pune, Maharashtra

due to recession period in all over world India also affected and some culprits and morally week people take advantage of all this situation.

1) they are taking money from candidate to placed them in MNC and domestic companies and cheat them ultimately

2) some new domestic companies whose only target to earn money (not development or anything like that) tie-up with consultancy and take students from so called back-door for some amount of money, after sometime either company lost it's way or they make candidate out of company with pretext of nonperformance.

3) Some consultancy take registration money regarding back-door job and ultimately candidate feels that he is being cheated, but they can't do anything because most of candidate belong to other city of Maharashtra.

4) some institute in pune (they called as a good institute) offer training-cum-placement program, they are working good sometime but often they placed their candidate in the companies which they know that is totally fraud.

BOTTOM LINE: here is the platform we can help each other by spreading information regarding placement agency and companies, even you are victim you gotta help other people to save from being victimized, this should be human nature.
