I have worked in Gennext Human Resource Management a placement Consultancy as a Sr. HR recruiter from July 11th - Sep 20th
I have resigned due to some improfessional behaviour from Ms. Rinky Rajauriya working at the same designation of Sr. Recruiter on sep 19th at 6:30pm, I have resigned on the notice period as mentioned in the appointment letter is of 1 month but they abused me & said to leave on 20th morning at 12:30pm but at that time they said;ll give my salary cheque on Oct 10th but now they refused even not receiving my call.
I need my salary as it is a very less amount of rs.5000/- i HAVE TO MAKE MY ALL EXPENCES FROM THIS AMOUNT please take some strict action as I need my salary soon have pay the rent.
According to the rule when the employer himself releave the employee from the Job He/She had to pay advance salary of same & the come month but they are even not paying the salary of 20day;s which I have worked with them I have not taken any single leave worked for more than 9hours daily please take some strict action against them so they;ll not repeat & give my Salary
Note- Same thing he is repeating every month with different employees hiring new employees every month take work from them blaming them & not giving the salaries taking original marksheets making problems in returning them for proof p[lease check the companies Attendence Register.
