Plant M persons talk to me rood words

Hi,

I went to Plant m Viman Nagar, Pune regarding my Mobile was dead Which was Micromax Q7. that also 02 years warranty with Plant m. Then they are very feared about to repair and said few bad words also. I said when you have taken money you were not worried about that now you are feared for this. Then he said it will take 03 to 04 months if you want you can leave here othere wise you can take it back. His name is Ankit Singh, Landine no 020-66207517. I asked them, will you treat customer like this only then he replied back I will treat like this only if you want to complaint you can complaint to any buddy and his given his name and land line number on Plant m slip. Please help me for this situation. Finaly I did not given to them my mobile.
