Company not giving the salary & not a registerd company

Sir, i want to complaint

A company name Point Infotech, Their Manager Mr. Chandra Bhusan was hired Employee for Web Development & Broad Band Service Technicians. We also have to submited 40% of salary for Security purpose. But after One month he closed our company and says us i don't give you Salary Security money. When we are going for my salary to thier home, he has Frightend us with our ruffians. We are engineer of B.tech, Mca. Diploma. We are not have power for feight with him.

And also Point Infotech don't a registerd company.

Sir if, these types of companys are rubbed to all student then whats happend to student

Now Chandra Bhusan lived in Om Prakash Gupta's home (advocate Uchhnyayalay), M.H-557/61, apposite Jhandewale Sukla home, Om Nagar-Aalam Nagar, Lucknow-Uttar Pradesh.
