If you are one of those aspirants out of college or a migrant from Ahmadabad, Mumbai, Pune, Indore to Vadodara, please make sure you take this letter with utmost importance before joining employer like Collabera. Human beings are treated as bonded laborers, who when asked to lick can lick. Frankly speaking culture doesn't even exist here where human beings are treated with dignity. The only thing you can do at Collabera, is involve into high level politics and licking... this will really help you to improve your political career... Trust me guys its not a good company to be associated with in your entire career. If you are not a good licker and a genuine hard worker and you are reading this note seriously... the next thing you should do is start looking for a new job... the day you send your resignation, you will be relieved immediately and your access will be taken withing 20 minutes of your resignation email... they don't care you invested millions of hours working for Collabera... they don't care about retaining anyone... they only care about their revenue... for which they want employees (Sorry bonded laborers) to work for 13-14 hours every night and even on weekends...

They don't provide cab services to employees.

As per industry standards, an employee is eligible to get 1 month salary when he is asked to leave the organization before completing his notice. Collabera never gives a single penny to any employee up to now. Surprisingly no one has taken any action till now. They don't adhere to any HR or Industrial practices as per the company law...
