Regarding the politics played in the company

This is shashank here from mumbai. I am being tortured for the last 2 months by the team leader Mr. Jeetu Rajbhar.regarding the leaves and the target based work.

When i complained the HR regarding this she told me you cannot take any objection on that. Else she was telling me that I am showing the attitude kind of thing
