Non Receipt of PF Dues

Dear Sir/Mam,

I was the Ex-Employee of Reliance HR Services Pvt Ltd. My Emp Code was

FWP-12721, I left the Organisation since Dec 21. After that I have applied for my PF. But, till the date, I never get it. I contact HR, Bhubaneswar, Subrat Pradhan (9337087822), he had completed the formalities but till now, Its Unreachable to me.

Then, 2nd time I make contact with HR after long wait, he execuses & 2nd time completed my formalities, But, it was around 2 years still I am waiting for my PF Dues.

My Office Address was Reliance HR Services Pvt Ltd., 6th floor, Fortune Tower, Chandra Sekharpur, Bhubaneswar-751023. Please, help me & give me justice as soon as possible...
