Hi! I am working for this company from January to till date (06/7) in Operations department as Executive-Inside sales. I am about to leave this company. I would suggest Others also not to join this fake, Double faced company. The first thing i used to get my salary too late each month and even that you have to ask two to three times for my own hard earned money like a beggar... and when you get your salary there will be chances of getting the salary cheque bounced, second thing The HR of this company said my job profile will be mix up of field as well inside work and i'll be also getting incentive if i achieve my sales target given by the company, which will be counted monthly and will be paid quarterly. I have achieved my target and when i claimed for my incentive they denied to pay my incentive saying you have not achieved your target as per our policy (which was actually a hidden policy) not only that they raised my sales target and also changed the incentive criteria so that i could not claimed for incentive in future. Even it is hide of their policy (actually hidden) they hired me for Sales & Marketing profile but now they are asking me to do telecalling which is a bullshit kind of work.even if you don't accept their conditions and hidden policies they will start torching you mentally & even they will fire you too form the company.this company has very high rate of employee alteration, not even a single employee is happy with this company. In 3-4 months employee use to leave this company.
I will suggest not to join this fake nd cheater company if you want you a stable career.
