With ref to above subject, I have Joined as on 04/12/06 in M/s. Systematic Conscom Ltd.(Division Airfactory Energy Ltd), Joined & served for about one & half year, and later all the staff of M/s. Systematic conscom Ltd., has been transfer to its another part of the company that is M/s. Airfactory energy Ltd., and I continued my employment with this company and time to time I have been promoted to higher post. Presently I am City-Leader Bangalore Branch. However in currently the employer is unnecessary arising & giving unreasonable notices to me & object of such notice speaks that they are likely to terminate me from the job and my demand & request to furnish details about P.F. and other things no response from my employer.

Under this situation I am being entitle to claim details about my P.F and other things. I have sent this application to you.
