Pay anomally

I am Ex-Sgt Hemant Jeet Singh Saini S. No. 725578-T, Eqpt. Asst. retired on 31 July. My junior was drawing more pay the me. I had taken up this case through 7 Wing, AF Account Section. I was brought at par with my junior by giving one incriment, but at the time of discharge this was again reverted and all past amount paid to me was also deducted. I have taken up this case with oic NEAS, AFCAO on 25 May and they have intimated me on 10 June to take up this case after implementation of 6th CPC. After that I have again requested to remove this anomally on 16 Dec and 14 March. I have submitted all required documents of myself and my junior, but no action has been taken up till date. This anomally was created in year 2003. Therefore, this anomally may be removed and I may be paid all arrears of Pay, Pension and Retirement Benifits (Gratuity, Encashment of Leave etc.) with intrest.
