With referance to the above mention pension scheam I have submitted my life certificate in the PANJAB NATIONAL BANK, REENGUS, SEEKAR, every year in the month of november since last 5 years but inspite of that the organisation stopped my pension by complaining that i have no submitted my life cretificate. So many time I have visited the EPFO with my application and Life certificate in ths regard, but no action have been taken by the organisation. I have not received my pension from AUGUST It is difficult for me to visit frequently at office in JAIPUR as Iam residing in UTTER PRADESH and very old in age... keeping in mind by my critocal situation kindly resolve this matter as early as possible. I am very greatful to you, waiting for your reply soon.
