Harrasment by Airtel Employees

This is to inform you that AIRTEL people disconnectedall my incoming &outgoing services... knowing the fact i have promised them that i will pay the bill on 12th Dec.09..then also they disconnected my incoming without informing me... due to which i have faced lot of prolems.n decided not to go for airtel now n switched to another network... So now i m getting calls from Airtel (Collections) n they are literally abusing me... n forcing me to pay the bill... So i m requesting you guys that i will pay the bill but in installments as its really high amount. So kindly look into this n revert on this number.
