why my call detail of my airtel sim is leaking by castamer care

is it good and when i complain to airtel nodel office i talk to airtel nodel officer he told me that within 24hour we find out the problem and we will phone up you and know sir they had lock my sim and i know who is doin this wok HIS NAME IS SUNNY AND HE IS WORKING AT JAMSEDPUR CALL CENTER
