Irresponsible staff

Here am facing irresponsible staffs in airtel broadband service. They got deposit for the connection and didn't gave me the broadband connection yet. This is the worst part am facing with these staffs. I want you to take a necessary step to solve this problem as soon as possible. Don't ignore this message like those guys then there's no difference between you and him.
