myself amit kumar belong to rajpura punjab dist..patiala

this mail rgrding mnp rqust... mater is tht i snt port sms 2-3times so i told to executives many times tht my balance has deducted more than 150rs.so executive told me everytime we will rfund ur balance with in 24hrs..100rs. but not rfunded ny rs.to me in my acount n i am interestd to tell u ur executive name who talked to me n names are... RAJ, KIRAN, GURPREET, n last time on sunday i talked to ur executive NEHA she cmitted me tht 60rs.will be rfund with in 24-48 hrs.n call tariff will be change local airtel to airtel 20p/min only but stil no rs.rfunded n no call tariff activated on my number so i am very disapontted to airtel services so please give me rsolution of that not happning well, i hope as soon as action will be taken... my airtel number is 8427721070...
