Fraud in Money Refund

Dear sir

My Name is Satya prakash and belongs to haryana. My Complaint is that i have got a job offer for Dubai from this recruiter company and i have given 10000/-on 27th Dec. for that as they asked 50000/- for all. In Begining they committed the money is refundable if u dont go there but they gave me Fraud offer letter. Now when i asked to refund my Money she refused to refund my money sir and saying either you give us a another condidate so she is refused to give my 10000/- rs even she was refused to give reciept but when i pressure then she gave me the money slip which i have as a proof. I am from Middle level family so Kindly look into this matter and revert me ASAP.
